Here is support request I posted this morning. PARAGON upgraded their site (or required me to change my password), and WITH THAT, my more recent licenses have disappeared !! Any assistance is appreciated.

i logged on this morning to your site. your site indicated that I needed to make a new password, as you were improving the interface.
ok, reset the password, logged on, and NOW in the MY PRODUCTS section, I am NOT SEEING my most recent purchases, especially the PHDM 16 advanced license !!! This is NUTS !
THEN, just as I feared, I started the program, PHDM 16.5 (I had downloaded the upgrade yesterday), and went to the ACCONT section, and it shows NO LICENSES !!!!
Come on, ever since release of PHDM 16 there have been nothing but glitches !!
PLEASE FIX THIS !!
