I restored a backup image from before this issue. The only change I made was uninstalling Kaspersky Anti-Virus.Then the same issue. I don't get it? Yes, I am running Win 10. Tried deleting temp files, & no other backup software on my machine. Will try again after the fall update. As for a list of software installed and processes running, sure.
