I have used Paragon Backup 14 to fully backup a Win10 desktop using a Raid0 configuration. I was originally attempting to restore to the same computer once the Raid array has been destroyed on a single 300GB (279GB actual size) non-RAID drive.
I ran into a problem where the original Windows backup needed to have Windows configured for AHCI not RAID. I forgot to do that step, so now I need to restore my original configuration. Then I can convert to AHCI within Windows, re-backup and re-break the RAID0 array as outlined in the instructions on the BadBod website.
However, I am unable to properly restore the Win10 configuration back on a re-created RAID0 array on the same original two drives that were spanned. I keep getting BootMgr is not found errors after restoring all 3 partitions from the original raid array.
My goal right now is to restore the RAID0 array with 2 300GB drives creating a single 550GB spanned drive with approximately 250GB used space on it.
