HYT T1 Series Titanium The HYT T1 series titanium model looks like an ordinary fake watches for sale at first glance, which is something you wouldn’t expect from the brand. If you look at their product lineup, you'll see giant mushroom-shaped models with rather strange dials. It's all about what's inside: a pumping mechanism that moves colored liquid through the pipes, telling the time. Yes, it's a little weird, but very cool.
Fortunately, fluid technology is still here, but packaged in a fairly traditional way. The brand itself says the new model is more compact, but it's still quite large, measuring 45.3 x 46.3 mm. The T1 comes in a colored brass dial in silver, slate, salmon or blue (gold version). Where you would normally find the hour or minute tracks, this model shows a borosilicate capillary with a black liquid to indicate the hours. HYT T1 series titanium model has a power reserve of 72 hours
The fluid and hands are powered by a hand-wound HYT 501-CM movement with a 72-hour power reserve. It is finely sandblasted and satin finished with black and silver coatings. Through a rather ingenious process, the movement pushes fluid through borosilicate capillaries, while simultaneously driving the central minute hand and managing the power reserve indicator.
