I purchased NTFS for Mac several years ago. Changed jobs (and email) and had my license transferred. Then, to my UTTER SURPRISE, someone STOLE my license and when I tried to interact with Customer Support they REFUSED to consider the evidence I provided to get my license back.

I have the original purchase email (dates, credit card info, etc) and my original serial number. I also had the request # associated with the initial change in email.

Terrible customer support from Paragon.

I guest that's what you get for actually buying a license and not simply using a pirated version...
