On my Win11 PC I have backed up 'Entire Computer' to an external HDD and now need to import a few files off the backup into the PC's C:drive.
However, when I look at the backup, it is a list of 'encripted???' files generated by the Paragon backup.
How do I select the files I need from the extenal backup HDD as try as I may, I can't find any way of accessing them (see below). In my desparation, I have also deleted all the job titles from the backup list.
