99% of backups is failing

Been trying for 3 months to use this product and this seems like the most unreliable backup software to have ever existed. Hope someone can prove me wrong.

I have 3 volumes to backup. One of them is failing 99% of the time, the other twos are failing 60% of the time

Error is always the same. Operation has failed unexpectedly, error code 0x1116f

How am I supposed to debug this with so little information available? Why exactly is the backup failing with Paragon but other softwares works perfectly?

I disabled all anti-virus, i run paragon as admin, and tried every solution i could find on Google

I really wanted to buy this software, but if I can't even get it working I'm not going to waste my money... Seeing this forum is dead I have very little hope of finding a solution, but if i do, you just won a new customer.

At a glance it appears as if this, as so often seen in Windows, can be an access issue. E.g. that present user do not have sufficient privileges / ownership of all that you try to backup. Try to see if it helps to take ownership of all drives , folders and files that you want to backup..
Can't guarantee that it will solve your problem but ought to be worth a try I think...

I only clarified with respect to buying the product because the user wrote , quote : "I really wanted to buy this software, but if I can't even get it working I'm not going to waste my money." .
So I clarified that user could get the money back if product did/do not work as needed. Also full version may work better or differently than free version !
