Usb disk detected but not displayed

Hi.

I have a problem with a USB disk. When pluging the disk, Windows Disk manager see and display the disk ("The disk has to be initialized").

I then tried to fix a potential issue with Paragon Hard disk manager. When pluging the disk, it is detected by the app, but when Paragon HDM completes its refresh cycle, it doesn't show the new disk.

Is there something that I can do ?
