A few days ago I started using Paragon Backup & Recovery. I set a schedule for daily differential backups - every day at 7:00 a.m. To be precise it was 1 full backup and 14 differential.
I've already had two situations in which Paragon created additional differential backups at unscheduled times. What I mean is that apart from the ones that were suppose to happen at 7:00 a.m. each day, there was one backup at 9:26 a.m. and another one at 16:08 p.m. the next day. They both happen without my involvement. I'm sure that at the given times Paragon software wasn't open.
Please note that the possibility of Paragon performing skipped backups is not the case here. My laptop was always switched on, so that the program could perform scheduled backups at 7:00 a.m. What could be the problem here?
