Forum Dead?? No support from paragon

Is this forum dead?
I have asked a question, but no replies.
I also see many other questions, and no replies.

Bump. I answered 4 questions myself. There seems to be one overworked Paragon representative (in the English-speaking forum) who takes 3 days to respond (not his or her fault I'm sure). I wanted to purchase a Technician's license and an Enterprise license, but now I'm not sure, given the lack of tech support that I see here.
