NAS drive files not accessible as SOURCE
Hello,
Can anyone help please?
I'm trying to back up files from an NAS drive to a USB drive.
I can't see the NAS drive as the Source, only the internal SSD & external USB drives, but the network drive is usable as the Destination.
I have tried the 3 suggestions given here, https://kb.paragon-software.com/article/236, rebooting between each one but without success.
Is there anything else that can be done?

I gave up on Paragon & bought Macrium Reflect 8 instead (https://www.macrium.com/)
U.K. & U.S. based.

Same experience as you had, no help at all!
You need to open a ticket under Paragon MyAccount, the forum is no longer supported
