Question NAS drive files not accessible as SOURCE

    Hello,
    Can anyone help please?
I'm trying to back up files from an NAS drive to a USB drive.
I can't see the NAS drive as the Source, only the internal SSD & external USB drives, but the network drive is usable as the Destination.
I have tried the 3 suggestions given here, https://kb.paragon-software.com/article/236, rebooting between each one but without success.
Is there anything else that can be done?
    Roger

    Hi Roger,
This is exactly the same problem I am facing since I have purchased the Paragon SW today. I am totally baffled that this NAS selection is not possible and it was actually the main use-case why I purchased the SW. Anyone who can enlighten on this issue, I deeply thank in advance

    Hi,
I gave up on Paragon & bought Macrium Reflect 8 instead (https://www.macrium.com/)
    U.K. & U.S. based.

Thanks for the hint RayJay. So Paragon never came back with a solution of this problem? ...apart from the 3 suggestions, which don't work

Same experience as you had, no help at all!

You need to open a ticket under Paragon MyAccount, the forum is no longer supported
