Is the a better place to get support ??

I have sent two issues to support but they have failed to respond in several days. Im beginning to question my purchase of the software.

I have also left them here but it look like this group is not used much.

Is there a better place to get support ??

Im not trying to be rude to anyone. Just need help. As backups are important.

Most likely they didn't respond due to new year holidays. But don't worry -- eventually they will respond.
