Paragon NTFS for Mac issue with unit allocation for large drives

During the free trial for Paragon NTFS for the Mac, on a M1 Mac I connected a 5TB NTFS partition. While the drive does appear in the disk manager, I am unable to mount it. It just spins for a while and then do nothing. After some experimentation, it appears to be Unit allocation related. When I format the drive on windows using the default unit allocation of 4K, it cannot be mounted. If I format the drive using Paragon NTFS, it is also defaulting to 4K and can't be mounted. The only way to mount it is to use a unit allocation of 128K instead of 4K. This issue appears to only affect larger drives. USB flash and 1Tb external drive also use the 4K unit allocation, but they mount using Paragon without issues. Is this something that will be fixed?

Due to lack of response, I have decided not to purchase the product.
