Question Not recognizing new PCI-E M.2 SSD

I'm upgrading from a 128gb SSD to a 1TB (PCI-E M.2 SSD) and the BIOS recognizes it, and Disk Management in Windows 10 recognizes is (I'm able to create a partition/volume and format it), but for some reason Paragon (v17.10.4) refuses to see it. When I initialized it, I chose MBR (there was another option, should I have used it instead?) That's the only thing I can think of, other than searching for a driver that I can load in Paragon (It's a SK Hynix Gold P31 and I checked their website and didn't find anything....perhaps there's a generic PCI-E M.2 driver Paragon prefers? Any other recommendations? TIA!

It's got to be something to do with Paragon....tried the same thing with EaseUS and it recognized the drive no problem....
