Unable to format My Passport 4TB into Microsoft NTFS

Hello everyone. I just purchased a 4TB WD My Passport, and am using a 2013 MacBook Pro but I want to use it on Windows as well. I have a pre-downloaded Paragon software that came free with my Seagate Backup Plus. When I tried to format it into Microsoft NTFS using Paragon, I got a message saying, “the disk is too large to be supported by the given partition scheme.” Any help would be appreciated!

Choose 'Windows NT File System' and 'GUID Partition Table' in the Erase Options window.
