Hallo,

wollte wiedermal Agent installieren, bekomme aber folgende Fehlermeldung.

Titel: Paragon Protect and Restore™

Anweisung: Der Agent ist fehlerhaft.

Beschreibung: General error: Service 'PrmInstallationClient' state is NotFound

StackTrace: <no stacktrace>.

Habe folgendes probiert.
Mit der rechten Maustaste auf die Maschine und "Computer aktualisieren" ausgewählt. -> Ohne Erfolg
Computer gelöscht und wieder hinzugefügt. -> Ohne Erfolg

PC ist pingbar und kann auch darauf zugreifen


Wie kann ich das Problem lösen?

Einfach lokal die Software nochmals deinstallieren und dann neu ausrollen...

Danke für die Rückmeldung. Ich konnte es nicht deinstallieren da lokal nichts installiert wurde..

Hi,

haste den PC auch aus der PPR-Konsole raus geschmissen? Sprich den PC einfach aus der liste entfernen.
Prüfe bitte dann auf dem zu installierenden Client die Ordner:
C:\Programme\Paragon Software
C:\Programdata\Paragin Software
Falls vorhanden bittte löschen...
