Copy Disk option missing

I have recently got a license for "Paragon Hard Disk Manager™ 25 Anniversary LE".

I was trying to use it to migrate a copmuter from HDD to SSD, so went to "help" and it redirected me to the manual here:

you can see on page 81 how to migrate an OS or copy a Disk.

It says:
Copy disk
1.Launch Hard Disk Manager from Windows, or use Recovery Media (see Building Recovery Media).
2.Click Disks & Volumeson the sidebar.
3.You can left click a Diskin the working area, then select Copy disk on the sidebar

I have tried to do so, but I cannot see the "Copy Disk" option on my sidebar (see attached image). Am I doing something wrong?

If you miss this option you should consider using a version of HDM 17 that offers this option. Your free version obviously doesn't.
