    NTFS MacOS problem

    Hello all!

    After this message "Failed to connect to licensing tool. Please re-install the software!" I tried reinstalling the application but but I could not complete it for some reason.

    The permissions are turned on but "Retry" button does not disappear.
    The program seems to be working and activated but the device is mounted in read-only mode.

    How to fix it? Please help

    I did it but it usually takes so long. Maybe someone knows the solution this problem?
