Windows unbootable after installing (trial) HDM

After installing HDM I can no longer boot into Windows although the Bootcamp partition still exists along with an empty Untitled partition which didn't exist prior to the installation. During the installation I got a message saying that the Windows boot manager ( or something to that effect ) needed reparing which I answered OK to. Before creating any backups I tried to boot into Windows but was unable to - no bootable device found. Any ideas how I can resolve this problem ? ( I've seen that a Correct Bootcamp Boot Record command can be executed but I've no idea on which partition to do this ). If you need any further information please don't hesitate to ask. Thanks in advance for any help.
