    Access legacy .pbf/.pfi archives

It doesn't look like Backup and Recovery 2017CE can access legacy .pbf/.pfi archives created with Backup and Recovery 2013.

What is the easiest way to search these legacy archives to recovery specific files?

HDM 17 advanced can restore PBF archives but only as a whole. As long as it is about extracting files I suppose you can use the rescue environment of the old version and write the files to a different place like an external HDD or an USB flash drive on a first attempt. Then copy/move the files in Windows Explorer to the desired destination.

Thanks for the quick reply. I did make a rescue CD, but I need to find it. I still have the old Win 7 installation up and running, so I can make another one if needed. That should work though.

    Thanks again!
