Problem adding the restore archive to the disk manager

I was about to pull the trigger on buying the software and encountered this error...

I am on a MacBook Pro 2019 with Catalina 10.15.1

    I have a bootcamp partition.
    - I used the 'Create archive' button to make an image in my downloads folder [.hdmbackup extension]
    - Then moved the image to a subfolder I created later.
    - Then later on I opened the disk manager and it showed nothing in the archive list as I had moved it
    - I clicked on the + button to add that archive. When I selected and clicked ok, I get a 'undefined error'.
    - Then I moved the archive back to the same location just in case and still get that error.

Any idea what that error means? Just when I was hoping that my bootcamp backup strategy is finally working :/

    thanks

I am having the exact same problem with Mac Pro 2013, Catalina and windows 10 on boot camp.
Undefined error when trying to restore. creating the archive went smoothly

    noticed something strange..
if yo uninstall PAragon HDM, restart computer then reinstall it. it will let you load the backup image but only once.
if you restart the software and try it again, it won't load the image.

    ok, figured it out.
Strangely it was able to create an image in the downloads folder, but got 'undefined error' on the restore as mentioned above.

I did the below and that did the trick...
    - Go to System preferences -> Security & Privacy
    - Select 'Full Disk Access' from the list on the left
    - Then you will see 'com.paragon-software.installer'. It was unchecked on mine. Then I checked it

That's it. Then I was able to add the image without that 'undefined error'
