    Post New HDD Activation

    I have just replaced the old HDD with a new SSD.
    Back now tells me I have to Activate again.
    However, when I try to reactivate I am told I cannot activate because the number has been used on another PC.
    How do I get around this problem?

    yes, this problem can be solved via support team
    you can only go as far as you push
