Do I need to put Paragon in startup in order to make scheduled backups?

Hello, I have one question: I scheduled backup in Paragon, but how it will make backup itself if it doesn't autostart when Windows starts? Do, I also need to do additional steps, put that program in startup, or it will do it's job itself?

No, you don't. Scheduled backups are managed by the Windows Task Scheduler Service.
