    Question Failed to connect to licensing tool and reinstall

    I bought paragon ntfs for mac in 2017, but today I can not use it any more, I keep getting a message "Failed to connect to licensing tool. Please re-install the software!" with the error message "Error: -87162879 (0xface0001)" for NTFS For The Mac 15 on my Mac 10.14.6
    I try to reinstall software, but failed, message is "CFErrorDomainLaunchd error 4"

    i have the same problem. there is another thread on this problem unanswered by paragon support other than "here's how to submit a support request." sigh.
    so far i've uninstalled the software and reinstalled the trial version which works for now.
