Need Restart error when backing up Hard Drive in OS X High sierra

Hi, how are you? I keep getting an error stating "NEEDRESTART". each time I try to backup the system drive on a iMac. OSX High Sierra. The program ends and there is no way to backup.

How do I fix this?

I have the same problem after updating to Version 1.3.873 (1.3.873)
