Copy Boot drive to a new drive and make that one boot

Good Evening, what are the steps to copy my drive with Windows 7 to a brand new drive and make that one the boot drive for my system?

I'm with him. Is there a means of doing this with Paragon? I have a hard drive that has failed to boot twice (Win7) and recovered, but I want a backup of it, and I want to restore it to a new drive. I'm assuming I will need a backup drive, a drive to which I will restore, and a USB stick to boot from. Is that correct?
