How to install?

I purchased the APFS driver for Linux (I have Mint)

I did the following, and it did not work. How do I install this?

sudo mkdir /usr/tmp/uapfs

mv /home/ken/Desktop/*.* /usr/tmp/uapfs

cd /usr/tmp/uapfs

All files were present

Opened terminal and entered sudo ./install.sh\

Message: By installing this software, you accept.. continue installing?
I typed yes

Message: Searching and removing previously installed... in /lib/modules/4.15.0-50-generic/ Preparing to install.
Message: cat: config.log No such file or directory
Error: Can't prepare driver configuration.

I installed it OK on Ubuntu by running install.sh as root NOT via sudo.
Still can't get it to work as per my other forum post......
