Some errors are caused by corrupting the archive database.
Archive database up to version 15 - How do I delete the archive database?
This can - as described below - safely deleted and refilled. Delete the archive database: Exit the Paragon program, delete the "arcdir" file in Windows Explorer. start the Paragon program again. The next time you close the program, the arcdir file will be empty created again. Restoring the archives does not require this file. This is possible at any time when switching to "File View" in the Restore Wizard. You can then archive search directly on the hard drive. (https://kb.paragon-software.com/de/article/1233)

Archive database from version 16 - How do I delete the archive database?
Some errors are caused by corrupting the archive database. This can - as described below - safely deleted and refilled.
Delete the archive database: The job database is located in the directory C: \ ProgramData \ Paragon Software \ [Product name] \ storage \ jdb. These are the jdb.db and jdb_history.db files. These files can be deleted without affecting the program. The files are used when creating the re-created next task or performing a backup. Please note that C: \ ProgramData is a hidden directory. In it To work in Windows Explorer, you must first make it visible. If the job database is deleted, the logs on the Job Activity page are empty. However, the next time you start the program, the entries in the Windows Task Scheduler will also be displayed away. Therefore, no more tasks are displayed and no more executed. All required tasks must be recreated. (https://kb.paragon-software.com/de/article/1247)
