Open links in default browser

Can you make internet links such as help and registration request open in the default browser, please?
I've just started using backup & recovery and it's opening them in Edge, which I absolutely abhor, and this doesn't respect users' preferences.

Actually, I've just found that MS decided that secure pages must be opened in Edge, which is taking the piss, to say the least.

Did you try to modify the default apps? Go to "Windows Settings > Apps > Default apps > Choose default apps by protocol", enter your favorite browser for HTTP and additionally for HTTPS.
