HDMadv16.5 MISSED license file input ability which was told on website. DISAPPOINTED.

The following is what I filed to the customer service.
Now I wasted lot's of time and get to the offline activation server.
I can get a license file by entering the serial and the win7's system ID (not sure will this work,
as their example used win10, the system ID is different format).

but when I turn back to HDMadv16.5,
there is NO WAY to input the license file licenseset.xml

offline activation not working on HDM adv 16.5

For some reason I work with a win7 64bit pro that NEVER get online.

I upgrade my HDM15pro by buying a HDMadv16.5 yesterday.

Before buying, I read this webpage (at bottom).

That page is for HDM16 family (ofcoz I think include HDMadv16.5),
I could do offline activation.
By doing so, when I fire up HDMadv16.5,
there should be a windows with "retry" and "cancel" (as in the
webpage mentioned)

But now when I fire up HDMadv16.5,
there is only "retry" and "exit".

Without the "cancel", i am not able to find the GUID,
and use it with the serial to get a offline activation file for
this system.

Please help me to offline activate my new buy HDMadv16.5
And as I have researched but seems YOUR material is not
update, if finally HDMadv1.65 cant be activated offline,
I WANT a FULL refund.

I can find the GUID from windows's control panel,
i dig out paragon's activation server,
but HDMadv16.5 dont have ability for me to input the license file.
from the webpage it is "retry/cancel". the cancel will lead to input of the file.

now what i get is "retry/exit", after exit, nothing is done. retry also did nothing.

I think I understood. Offline activation was before but now it is not. In HDM 16.5 there is no possibility to "import a license file" and the page "Offline activation" also does not exist.

just installed version 17, same issue, I have just the "backup and recovery" running, but I have the 3-license version, entered something wrong, but I can't get back to license page to re-entere correct license, or to activate this machine!!! help....

If you purchased the software via the new portal "ParagonBox" you should definitely create a support request: "How to write support requests". This forum is absolutely the wrong place for sales topics.
