paragon Hard disk manager 16.5 not loading

Sorry if this in the wrong spot.

When I try to load the software to edit setting it gets to loading disks and partitions information ... but then it goes away and the software does not load.

I have uninstalled in and reinstalled it but not luck.

this is on Windows 10.

what can I do to get into the software?
