Application Error On Installation

I have purchased and downloaded the 64 bit version of Hard Disk Manager today and on attempting to install the program I am getting an Application Error which states - "The product configuration seems to be corrupted! Please reinstall the product". I've since uninstalled it, downloaded it yet again and tried another reinstall but I'm still getting the same error. I am running Windows 10 Pro version 1809 build 17763.134 on a Lenovo Ideapad with 64GB SSD
Any suggestions please?

I have the very same issue. I've tried clearing certificates etc... Have you found a resolution? Thank you

still a problem in 2021 - tried uninstall then reinstall - restarting PC between both. any suggestion appreciated.
