Copying Windows to another drive without drive replacement

HI, I wonder if that's somehow possible use P2P adjust from existing Windows session.
I can online copy (clone) existing OS+affiliated partitions to another disk, but it will not boot unless I install this disk inplace of original. Provided I want to move my installation without additional drives swaps, I suppose there's need for additional adjustments, ie. exactly what P2P adjust does, unfortunatelly this feature isnot available from Paragon Windows version.
Can I use different method to achieve my new configuration? ( I can't use physical CD as it was removed due to the another drive )

    Hi,
I saw one Paragon program, which could use P2P from Windows. It was a B&R 11 Professional.

Yes and no, the new drive behaves unstable when I boot from USB.
There may be even some HW conflict so I'd if possible make the job from Windows where the drive seems more reliable.

Please tell more about your hardware (Is this some kind of extraordinary HW?), and what is the unstability behavior when booting from USB?
    ------------
and which Windows version do you copy, and which Paragon program?
