Restore back up from new Paragon install

Hi. I recently had to re-build windows and reinstall all of my applications including Paragon Backup & Restore 17 Free. I previously used this to create a backup of selective files which created a number of .pvhd, .pbe and .pfi files.

I can't seem to figure out how I can restore these using my new install of Paragon 17 Free.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

You can recover your files with Paragon 17 Free Recovery Media (eg on USBstick).
