    chkdsk doesn't run at startup

    Hallo there,
I'm using Paragon Disc Manager 16 Basic in order to create an image of a system disc. I created a backup order and when finishing it I got the error "dateisystem hat zuordnungsfehler durch querverlinkte Dateien. " "file system has assignment errors by crosslinked files".
    I found this ressource:
    https://kb.paragon-software.com/de/article/357
where they recommend to fix these errors by use of chkdsk and linked these instructions:
    https://kb.paragon-software.com/de/article/36
I tried this by use of the GUI and scheduled chkdsk. However chkdsk didn't start at restart of windows.
Now I'm helpless. Hints how to fix this issue are welcome.
OS: Win 7 on HP Pavillion Series G laptop.
The system in question is not my own but I'm supporting another user. On my own system, Win 7 Home on a desktop computer, chkdsk is running fine.
    Best regards - Ulrich

    Hi.
As variant, try to execute a checkdisk from the rescue media, e.g. WinPE stick.
