error installing: cannot stop service 'apmwinsrv'.

i keep getting the error message "cannot stop service 'ampwinsrv'" while installing on my Windows 10 machine.

I'm new to Windows. What is this all about? How do I resolve this?

I have tried finding this service process in "Services" so I can remove it, but I can't seem to locate it....

The service 'ampwinsrv' seems related to Paragon itself. Perhaps you already installed Paragon software before?
