Crosslinked partitions

Greetings

When I try from HDM Windows UI mount a backup image, I get Operation failed, Crosslinked partitions:



Can anybody explain to me what it means and how to resolve it so that I could mount old system images again, btw. this error seems to occur on any image of any age. I have checked the OS system partition and the backup store partition for errors but there are no problems.

I thnk you need to click on the .PHVD file, in the main back up folder (NOT in the INC folder)
try that, see what happens

It's same, as I wrote this error occurs on any image in my archive.

It's fixed. I needed to remove all Universal Image Mounter devices and clean reinstall HDM 16. It has fixed mounting images also in HDM 15.
