Help needed in restoring files from a backup

I've recently started using backup and restore free.

I need to restore a single file from a backup and I am running into an issue. The file in question was in my personal "downloads" folder. I am running Windows 10.

When I try to restore that file from the backup I get the following error

"Some files have security attributes that cannot be restored! Please restore entire volume....."

Is there any way that I can restore this file?

If your backup is present in the "My Backups" tab, you can mount the volume and then copy the needed file in the Explorer.
