500GB HDD to a 480GB SSD wont boot.

Hi Forum,
I am using Paragon Drive Copy to copy a 500GB HDD to a 480GB SSD.

Copies and finishes with no errors.
But when booting up has a windows error and requires repair and offers up has 2 Windows 10 volumes to choose from.
if i choose it boots up into windows and works fine.
Tried to repair master boot record and only deplot the c:\ partition but nothing works

Please can anybody help.

you say it fails on boot, yet does get to windows?

how much free space exists on the 500 gb drive?

did you do a mirror/migrate, from the 500 to the 480, and let paragon resize accordingly?
