    Backup to VD

    Hello,

I'm tring to create an image by using Backup to VD.
When I have to specify the backup objects, I see the Local Disk (C is bitlocked.

On the next page I see the following partitions:
    - Recovery NTFS (OEM service volume) 500mb.
    - No Name (OEM service volume) 100mb.
    - Local Disk 16mb.

Can anyone explain me why Paragon can't recognize the drive properly?
Inside Windows there is no bitlocker activated and the image-file is only 400MB?

    Regards,

    Doan

are you doing this from the RMB, or from windows? Please post screenshots.
IF doing from RMB, I don't believe that c: will copy correctly, it has to be done from within windows, so that c: is unlocked (I have bitlocker also)

I'm doing it from the RMB, not Windows and bitlocker is NOT activated and I even disabled TPM in BIOS.

Ignore the destination, because I just unplugged my external usb drive.

to back up a bitlocked partition, you need to do it from within windows. disabling tpm doesn't unlock the bitlocked drive.
try installing in windows, and run from within windows. it will see all your partitions; it will show c: drive, as a bitlocker drive, but UNLOCKED, and will allow the backup
