I have two machines. The first was activated as Basic and then upgraded to Advanced no problem.
This is version 16.161

This may be due to the sequence of events, but my second machine which
had Basic installed but not activated yet, would not allow me to reach
the Account Tab to enter the coupon code.

I was prompted to activate but then a popup blocked further progress
saying no coupon code was available. Closing the popup also closed the program.

I then uninstalled the basic (FRU) version, and installed the PEU version
I downloaded from the link in the confirmation email.
After the install completed I had no Start Menu nor desktop icon to start the software.

Checking in my first machine that did successfully upgrade and activate
I was able to launch the advlauncher.exe on this second machine.

It said I needed to activate and so it did allow me to enter the coupon code *one time*
but then responded with "The server encountered an internal error".
I cannot get back to this page as the Account Tab responds with "Missing one of the required parameters!".

Closed the program and tried a second time to enter the coupon code but the same error message.

Checking in the AppData Local Temp for a log file I don't find any related to using the app, only the ones from the installer...
