I get a black screen when I try to activate Hard Disk Manager

I can open the program and it tells me that I need to activate, a white screen opens and a blue striped circle starts spinning then the screen goes black. I can move my cursor around and I see it change where a block to type is but because it is all black I cannot see what I need too? any help on this???

What is your video card?

is there an option to first log into your paragon account? if that ioption is prior to this black screen, perhaps tryig that method might work
