Is there a way to schedule hourly backups for very important documents and folders?

I have searched the knowledge base and the forum, but cannot find any way to schedule a backup frequent backup, that is a backup that runs more frequently than daily. I would like to schedule at least hourly backups of a specific directory containing some very important documents that I am working on.

Is there any way to do that with B&R 16? Can I create a daily backup then safely edit the task in the Windows Task Scheduler?

Thank you! I had looked at the custom backups, but did not see the dropdown arrow for that box.
