Question Some files not appearing in MAC OS 10.11.6

Running Paragon NTFS for Mac 15 Version 15.1.70 (15.1.70)
Have an external 2TB Fantom Drive with about 235 folders on it.
Just created 2 new folders when using my PC laptop, with 8 GB of files in each of the folders.
When plugging the HD into the MAC, 10.11.6 - the HD appears in the finder.
ALL the 235 folders appear, even the 2 new ones.
However, one folder shows Zero bytes and no sub folders (even though there is a sub folder and 8GB of files under it)
And the other folder shows Zero bytes and 1 sub folder (but nothing in that sub folder - (even though there are 8GB of files under it)

Under INFO the "Sharing and Permissions" show "You have custom access"

Any idea what is happening and how to correct it?

    Thank you.

Have you tried “repairing” the disk (using the Mac's Disk Utility)? If something was screwed up (like an invalid count of files), it would certainly repair it.

Otherwise, perhaps it's because it's a Fantom drive? Files may not all be visible…
