Campt X has failed to find a Boot Camp config...

Camptune X won't install bc it can't find a valid config...after following the trouble-shooting link it appears that there is a 1.76GB "Other Volumes" partition somewhere on my APFS formatted system drive (macOS 10.13.2).

Does anyone know how to proceed? how can I delete this partition? Any pointers would be much appreciated!

Re: Campt X has failed to find a Boot Camp config...

Ok, so I broke down, wiped out all of my partitions, re-partitioned and restored both the macOS and Windows partitions. But still, when I start CamptuneX, I still get:

"CamptuneX 10.10.20 fails to find the Boot Camp configuration"

I mean, I just created it from scratch. No volumes in-between, no file-vault, no errors...why?

    here is the fdisk output:

    rMBP-Till:~ till$ sudo fdisk /dev/disk0
    Password:
    Disk: /dev/disk0 geometry: 60821/255/63 [977105060 sectors]

how/where can I retrieve the log files?
