REcovery Media Builder, PHDM 15 vs PHDM 16, anyone done this yet?

has anyone built the recovery media, for PHDM 16, and compared it to PHDM 15, for the way it gets built? reason i ask is about the WINDOWS DEVELOPER KIT< do I NEED this, (I did not not need it in PHDM 15), i've not tried the recovery builder yet, I'm busy testing the actual backup of PHDM 16 (and the selective restores of files), see my other threads if interested

and what size USB is needed?

Even if you do a recovery media builder, is not sure it will work on windows 10 ver. 1709....
