Licensing for HDM 16 - not for 3 computers?

So I upgraded to the Advanced version of HDM 16. According to the product marketing page shown here, upgrading should cover three PCs:

But when I look at my licenses it says I have a license for one machine, and trying to install it on a second it denies me, telling me the license is in use.

What is the situation here? Was I misled in my purchase or is something not right here?

Are you sure you didn't pay for the basic version, It only says the Advanced version covers three PC'S

I believe the BASIC is the FREE version, and a PAID version is automatically the advanced; that was my interpretation; and that it allowed 3 pc's

For what it is worth, this "fixed" itself for me after a few days. Eventually I was able to see one license that allowed three separate activations; at first I was only seeing one (and it was in use). That's fixed and I was able to activate on a second PC.
