Unable to restore

Hello,

I backed up a simple data disk using paragon backup and recovery 16 free edition. The backup seems to have worked fine.

Now I'm trying to restore the disk backup on a new computer. I select the .pfi file and the 'backup selection' goes from 'red' to 'blue'. But when I click on 'next' nothing happens.

What did I miss?

I tried to take a backup and restore on the same computer..this seems to work. So is the restore not supposed to work on a different computer?
