I obtained this progamme on recommendation that it was one of best. However, on setting up with 4tb backup hd the backup fails with message that no space is available.
I have little understanding of partitions ,etc, and was told this was a very user friendly system. What am I doing incorrectly?
first, that is a large backup. are you backing up files, or backing up as an image?
and what are you backing up to (destination), and its available size?
