2 Recovery Partitions??

Looking at the partitions on my 'OS+Apps' 256GB SSD drive I see:

1 - 225GB partition (C with the OS+Apps (Win10-64bit)
1 - 100MB EFI System Partition
1 - 450MB Recovery Partition
1 - 851MB Recovery Partition

Are both those Recovery Partitions required or can I delete one of them?

I could probably delete both of them as I would always deal with a drive failure or OS corruption by restoring a recent backup.
But it puzzles me why there are two Recovery Partitions?

Seems that a second recovery partition is created when doing an update from Win7 or Win8 to Windows 10. So it's normal to see 2.

I found instructions for deleting one or both of them so I might consider doing that (after backing up the drive with Paragon HDManager 15 Suite).
